How fresh is the coffee when it ships?

We roast to order in small batches at our Chicago facility. Your coffee is typically shipped within 24 to 48 hours of roasting to ensure maximum freshness and flavor profile.

Do you offer ground coffee or only whole bean?

We offer both! You can select your preferred grind size—from coarse for French Press to fine for Espresso—on each product page, or choose whole bean to grind at home.

What is your shipping policy?

We ship nationwide via UPS and USPS. Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days. Orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping within the continental United States.

Can I manage or cancel my coffee subscription?

Yes, our subscription service is fully flexible. You can pause, skip, or cancel your shipments at any time through your account dashboard without any hidden fees.

What is your return policy for food items?

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order or you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement or refund.
